- Children's words (letters, numbers, picture words) are drawn as vector outlines (single-storey a and g), so they cannot be searched or read by a screen reader.
- Needs classroom supplies that are not included: crayons, pencils, child-safe scissors, glue sticks, playdough, scrap colored paper, dot markers or round stickers, cardstock, a hole punch, yarn or shoelaces; push pins and a foam mat or felt square for pin-poke (adult-led).
